GOODBYE NZ
Our last few days in NZ were pretty busy and included a lovely dinner with Jay & Sheryl and their family a delicious breakfast of 'arepas' with our lovely Venezuelan friend Yuraima and a quick catch up with Sylvia and Jasmine from the Spanish group. We also spent an afternoon in the park listening to Tahuna Breaks and Sola Rosa. As you can see, it was enjoyed by all, and although this lady wasn't in our party she certainly knew how to express herself and we know you'll enjoy this clip!
Our last evening in NZ was a lovely little farewell bbq, all the more special as we got to spend it with Bree. We love you very much darl, will miss you like mad and look forward to lots more special times with you in the future.
After spending our lovely last night with our friends the Gibbons, Bree and Andrew & Louise Peat we awoke to our very last day in NZ - for a while at least. After breakfast we got our day off to an exciting start with 'Rosie the eel whisperer' and the local 'water anacondas'.
But an experience like that really needs more than just words, so here for your viewing pleasure, without any further ado, we present - 'Rosie the eel whisperer'.
And now it's time to arrange some last minute travel insurance and try to squeeze all our belongings back into those bags of ours - no mean feat I can tell you!!!
Farewell NZ .... let the adventure begin! :)
